Decorated with 1950’s swag, the Airflyte comes complete with a service window perfect for serving craft cocktails, scooping ice cream, or handing out 5K registration packets...the options are only limited by your imagination!
Hello, I’m Amy Umbdenstock, and many say I’m a ‘jack of all trades’; I’m a mom, a cook, a host, a bartender, a coach, a kick-boxing instructor, a florist, and a planner...and on top of all that, I love to throw amazing parties! The main reason I restored Auntie Mame was to create a mobile venue that will allow me to bring your party to you! I’ve been a caterer and party planner for more than 15 years and have always found it frustrating when a venue requires you to choose from a “set list” of caterers, or overcharges you for spirits that are bundled into a “set package” that usually includes items or options you’re not interested in. Not with Auntie Mame…my goal is to offer as little or as much as you need to make your event exactly what YOU want it to be!
Along with catering, I’ve been a florist for more than 30 years, so if full service is what you need I can offer breathtaking floral bouquets, centerpieces, arches, and hair crowns to make your event truly special! I also have a staff of bartenders and servers to accommodate larger gatherings.

** I want to thank Amy and Auntie Mame’s for making my backyard BBQ a hit! I consider myself an aspiring grill master so, although I wanted to have my friends over to show off my skills at the grill, I didn’t want to have to worry about the rest of the meal, party set up, keeping the platters and coolers full, or clean up! That’s where Auntie Mame’s came in; Amy brought some perfect sides for a BBQ, set up an amazing buffet line, prepared the meats for the chafer, made sure the food and drinks continued flowing, and broke everything down after all my guests were full! I also provided the drinks, Auntie Mame’s bartender‘s packed up what was leftover for me to keep for my next party!
Having Auntie Mame’s to help, allowed me to enjoy what I love WITHOUT needing to worry if my guests were being taken care of. My friends haven’t stopped talking about the party and I continue to see photos from the Airflyte photo lounge popping up online! I’m already being asked when my next cookout will be and, although nothing has been scheduled yet, I know I’ll be checking with Amy to make sure Auntie Mame’s is available before sending out invitations!

Rent Auntie Mame for the ULTIMATE fairytale proposal. Auntie Mame can go to your special spot. We can prepare you an intimate dinner for two or a scrumptious dessert if you like. The moment arises you bend on one knee. Tears and laughter erupt. Then we open the service window because your family and friends have secretly been hiding behind camper. Now it just turned in to the coolest engagement party ever. This is the romance movie of a lifetime starring you.
Paint & Sip’s
$450 Auntie Mame rental 2.5 hrs. Paint fee $35per adult & $20per child
Host the ULTIMATE Paint & Sip. Rent Auntie Mame for 2.5 hrs. +1 bartender. We have teamed up with the amazingly talented Heather Layton of The Happy Canvas! Pick your picture or let us design one for your event, a one of a kind. While we’re at it I can create a signature drink for this swanky Paint & Sip too. Add on individual Charcuterie boxes, starting at $15.00 each. Minimum of 10 people for Paint and Sip.
